岗位职责 1.维护和改进机器和设备，以增加可用性、寿命、性能等。 Maintain and improve machines and equipment with the purpose to increase availability, lifetime, performance, etc. 2.分析，识别和实施设备的改进和改造。 Analyze, identify and implement improvements and modifications to machinery and equipment. 3.积极进行预防性维护工作。 Work actively with preventive maintenance by performing. 4.确保维修资源的良好，例如，确保使用专用工具、文档和备件在良好的条件下。 Ensure that the resources are present for quick emergency repair by, for example, seeing that the dedicated tools, documentation and spare part are available and in good condition. 5.协助维修团队进行维修工作。 Assist the mechanical team to do maintenance work. 6.完成主管交办的工作任务。 Finish other work that the superior arranges. 7.执行工业设备的紧急维修及其他紧急措施。 Perform emergency maintenance and other emergency measures on industrial equipment. About You 任职资格 1. 大专以上学历，电气/机械类相关专业，具有广泛的工业电气/机械设备的技术知识 College degree or above, Electrical or Mechanical related majors，has broad technical knowledge of electrical & mechanical industrial equipment. 2. 有3年以上生产制造型企业机械维修或电气维修相关工作经验 Above 3 years mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing companies. 3. 能独立或团队协作，完成设备维修, 以及小型整修或改进/改造项目等。 Have the ability to carry out maintenance measures independently or in a group， and smaller refurbishing or improvement/modification project. 4.有能力与客户和同事沟通，解决具体问题。 Have the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in order to solve specific problems. 5.有能力在团队中工作，主动发展自己并乐于交流经验/技能。 Have the ability to work in a group, take initiative to own development and share experience/skills to colleagues. 6.具有很高的安全意识 Have high EHS awareness
