岗位职责:
1. Communicate and follow up project progress with project stakeholders according to quality, cost and time targets, report project status, problems and coordinate solutions in a timely manner.
根据质量、成本和时间目标,和项目相关方就项目进展保持沟通和跟进,及时汇报项目状态、出现的问题和协调定义解决方案。
2. Responsible for the development, management and delivery tracking of all project suppliers.
统筹项目所有供应商的开发、管理和订单的交付跟踪。
3. Coordinate with third party (warehousing, logistics, customer) to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
统筹协调与第三方(仓储、物流、客户)的沟通确认,确保项目的顺利开展。
4. Develop and manage suppliers related to fabrication operation.
工厂运营相关的供应商的开发和管理。
任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above,experience in project handling.
本科以上学历,有项目处理经验。
2. Familiar with relevant international trade terms (Incoterms/Customs knowledge).
熟悉相关国际贸易术语(国际贸易术语解释通则/海关知识)。
3. Good logistics operation background and excellent customers management experience.
良好的供应链运营背景和优秀的客户管理经验。
4. Good supplier development and management skill.
良好的供应商开发和管理能力。
5. Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, writing skills.熟练使用英语,具有良好的听、说、读、写能力。
6. Computer skill of Microsoft Word and advanced in Excel.
熟练使用Microsoft Word及Excel软件。
7. Flexible worktime to accommodate external communication.
能适应出差需求。
