Responsibilities岗位职责: 1、In charge to establish、Maintain the Quality Management System for Zhenjiang EG H2O2 plant basing on ISO9001:2015 standard, customer requirements and Zhenjiang platform situation; Organize the related internal/external audit and monitor findings improvement ;Meanwhile work with GBU quality team to implement and follow-up of GBU quality processes; 2、Support QM to conduct customer visit/audit, customer requirement review, complaint handling , follow-up the improvement actions until closure of findings; 3、Conduct PQA related quality activities in plant, such as NC&COPQ, database management ,SPC,MSA,MOC and etc, support root cause analysis for any quality incident and continuously improvement 4、Assist to do the supplier development and management, such as qualification, regular audit and performance review and etc 5、Other tasks arranged by QM Requirements 任职要求: 1、Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering 2、5+ years of experience in QA work in Semiconductor, Electronic, Chemical, Pharma or Automotive industry 3、Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a must; experience of ISO certification is a must 4、Good knowledge to quality tools such as SPC,MSA,FMEA and etc, Six Sigma and Lean experience would be a plus 5、Strong communication skills, ability to build bridges across organization boundaries, deliver impact through influence, work cross-culturally and cross-functionally. 6、Analytical, structured, self-confident, be familiar with 5why, Fishbone Diagram, CAPA, 8D to do root cause analysis and monitor continuously improvement
