1. 厂务设施的管理、维护，主要含空调系统、空压系统、配电系统及消防系统、污水处理系统等； 2. Manage and maintain the special equipment; 厂内特种设备的全面管理和维护； 3. Manage the new constructions, including the develop plans, cost evaluation and review, construction management and acceptance etc; 基建工程的管理，包括制定方案，费用评估及审核，施工管理及验收等； 4. Manage and maintain other public infrastructure; 厂内其他公共基础设施的管理和维护； 5. Compile and optimize SOP for each system of equipment and facilities; 制定和优化厂务设备设施各系统操作的SOP； 6. Collect and analyze energy management data, lead energy management system , energy conservation and emission reduction improvement activities;收集及分析能源管理数据，主导能源管理体系以及节能减排改善活动； 7.Manage and maintain Security system ;负责公司安防系统的统一管理（包括门禁系统、监控系统、车辆进入系统等）； 8.Manage and maintain fire control system负责公司消防系统的统一管理； 9. Other tasks assgined by manager;经理指派的其它工作； 任职要求： 1.Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred本科以上学历，机电类专业优先 2.5+years' working experience as engineer in manufacturing companies；5年以上制造型企业工作经验 3. Keep EHS awareness and master the EHS standards and legal requirements related to facility management 具备良好的EHS 意识，掌握基础设施工作相关安全标准要求及法规要求； 4.Construction project experience is preferred；具有厂房建设施工经验者优先； 5.Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License专业技能及证书要求： *Electrical certificates is required 电工证； *Pressure vessel operation certificate is preferred 压力容器操作证优先； *Fire System Operator certificate is preferred消防设施操作员证优先； *Fmiliar with the operating principle of fire protection system;熟悉消防系统的运行原理; *Familiar with HVAC operation principle 熟悉暖通运行基本原理； *Familiar with Power Supply & Distribution system; 熟悉供配电系统； *Familiar with local laws and regulations, industry standards and other related requirements 熟悉当地法律法规，行业标准等相关要求； Familiar with CAD software；能熟练使用CAD软件； Basic skill in English writing and reading is preferred;具备基本英语听说读写能力(优先）；
