职位描述
1积极响应客户问题反馈,提供客户端售后问题的解决方案;
Actively respond to customer feedback, and provide solutions to customer after-sales problems;
2-与质量部门共同制定产品售后服务政策,协助客户经理完成客户质保条款;
Work with quality department to formulate product after-sales service policy and assist customer manager to complete customer warranty terms;
3-协助产品应用工程师完成客户端样品测试,客户PPAP样品测试跟踪及文件提交;
Assist product application engineer to complete client sample test, customer PPAP sample test track and file submission;
4-结合使用工况,总结归纳各应用特点及常见问题处理,与相关部门合作,制定并完善《产品服务手册》;
Combined with the working conditions, summarized the application characteristics and common problems, and cooperated with relevant departments to develop and improve the Product Service Manual;
5-客户售后问题信息跟踪、汇总、分析,为产品改进及升级提供依据;客户投诉问题创建与关闭;
Tracking, summarizing and analyzing customer after-sales problem information to provide basis for product improvement and upgrade; Customer complaint problem creation and closure;
6-支持新产品的客户端测试;协助应用工程师分析并解决客户应用问题;协助质量部出具客户端质量问题围堵方案,并与客户沟通执行;
Support client testing of new products; Assist application engineer to analyze and solve customer application problems; Assist the quality department to issue the client's quality problem containment plan, and communicate with the client to implement;
7-参与8D流程及与客户共享执行进展;
Participate in 8D process and share the implementation progress with customers;
任职要求:
1-大专及以上学历,液压、工程机械相关专业或工作背景;了解基本液压原件工作原理;
College degree or above, major in hydraulic, construction machinery or related background; Understand the working principle of basic hydraulic components
2-液压或工程机械行业维修或售后3年以上工作经验;有液压元件或系统维修经验可适当放宽学历要求;
At least 3 years working experience in maintenance or after sales in hydraulic or construction machinery industry; Experience in hydraulic components or system maintenance can be relaxed.
3-熟练掌握office办公软件,具有一定数据分析、展示能力;有8D等问题解决法参与经验者为佳;
Proficient in Office software, with certain ability of data analysis and presentation; 8D problem solving experience is preferred;
4-热爱售后服务工作,性格外向,具有良好的表达沟通能力,能适应出差;
Like after-sales service, outgoing personality, good communication skills, can adapt to business trips;
5-动手能力强,有良好的学习能力和团队合作意识;
Strong practical ability, good learning ability and teamwork spirit;
6-具备基本英语听说读写能力为佳。
Basic English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing are preferred.
