职位描述： 1、承担完整的项目管理过程的运行责任。Assume the operational responsibility of the complete program management process. 2、定义时间，资源，项目预算和风险。Define timing, resources, project budget and risks. 3、在时间和预算限制内有效的实施规划与管理项目。Plan & manage the effective implementation of projects within time & budget. 4、规划计划和监察其整体进度，解决问题，并酌情采取恰当的纠正行动。Plan and monitor its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action accordingly. 5、组织有效的沟通并及时通知客户。Organize effective communication and updates to the customers timely. 6、为项目建立一个全面的数据库Create a comprehensive database for the project 7、在相关复杂的项目后，安排“关闭”以及“经验教训”的评审。Set up “Closing” as well as “Lessons Learned” reviews after specific & complex projects. 8、提供项目报告。Provide project reporting. 岗位要求 1、工程类专业 Major in Engineering 2、有APQP培训资历为佳。Training certification on APQP is considered as a plus. 3、在类似的岗位上有3-5年的经验3-5 years working experience on product design and development 4、具有塑料成形方面的专业知识Knowledge on plastic forming 5、英文说写流利、电脑操作熟练Good English level and computer level
