Duties 职责 1 Mold maintenance management，Create the control files of mold 模具管理，创建相关模具管控文件。 2 Prepare mold for production 准备生产所用模具 3 Transfer mold in and out and stick mark on mold, make record 制作模具标签,做好模具进出作业并记录 4 Do the maintenance with the mold on working or trial in time. 及时维修生产过程中或者试模中损坏的模具 5 According to production needs, at any time with work overtime processing in the production of mold issue按照生产需要，随时配合加班处理生产中模具故障 6 Acceptance to the mold, in accordance with the standard mold design 对模具进行验收，依照模具开发标准 8 Timing to implement preventive maintenance to the mold 定时对模具进行预防性维护 9 Judge the maintenance whether need subcontractor, if yes, notice the mold engineer in time 判断模具是否需要委外修理，如果是及时通知模具工程师 10 When have new mold development, gives reasonable Suggestions, and participate in the test, and tracking, until the mold test is qualified 当有新的模具开发时，能够给出合理化建议，并参与试模，并且跟踪，直至模具检验是合格的 11 For mold maintenance to assess (maintenance scheme, maintenance time, maintenance after acceptance) 对于模具维修能够评估（维修方案，维修工时，维修后的验收） 12 Manage and maintain for mold in SAP&BPM system 在SAP&BPM系统进行与模具的管理及维护操作 13 Keeping 5S in workshop 确保维修车间5S 14 Finish other jobs assigned by management 完成上级领导交办的其它工作 15 Responsible for personnel safety operation and supervision workshop and EHS Comply with the safety operation regulation work with EHS rules, find potential safety hazard report in a timely manner. 遵照安全作业规定与EHS相关规定进行作业，发现安全隐患及时上报
