岗位职责 Job Responsibility： 1. 负责销售订单处理、生产计划和物料计划团队的管理，参与团队目标的设定，采取积极有效的措施实现团队目标。 Responsible for sales order handling, production planning and material planning team management, participate in the setting of team goals, take active and effective measures to achieve team goals. 2. 建立和维护与客户的沟通，组织报价、订单转换、交付安排、开票和售后等日常工作内容。 Established and maintained communication with customers, organized quotation, order conversion, delivery arrangement, invoice and service work, etc. 3. 组织、调整和监督生产的工作任务，统筹制定生产的周计划、月计划，以达到公司对质量、交付和成本控制的要求。 Organize, adjust and monitor the tasks of the production, make overall weekly and monthly production plans to meet the company's requirements on quality, delivery and cost control. 4. 组织、监督团队下达、跟踪采购任务直至完成，保证供应链的持续稳定。 Organize and supervise the team to release and track purchase tasks until completion to ensure the continuous stability of the supply chain. 任职要求 Requirements: 1. 本科及 以上学历, 3年以上供应链或计划团队管理工作经验，制造业工作背景优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 3 years supplier chain or planning team management experience, manufacturing background is preferred. 2. 流利的英语听、说、读写能力。 Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 3. 熟练使用Excel、 Power Point等办公软件。 Good command of Excel, Power Point and other office software. 4. 具备较强的分析、汇报能力，具有条理性、逻辑性。 Good negotiation skills, strong analytical and reporting skills, organized and logical. 5. 优秀的沟通协调能力，有进取心，可靠。 Excellent communication and coordination skills.
