岗位职责： 1. 电气类产品生命周期管理包括且不限于新产品开发及本地化转移产品。 Electrical product lifecycle management, include but not limited on new product development and migration product. 2. 参与到交付或者转移项目的整个过程, 直至产品或项目交付给客户, 对自己主导的项目的成本、交付、质量负责。 Involve into whole progress of delivery or migration project, until product or project successful deliver to customer, responsible for cost/quality/time of own projects. 3. 电气类产品的设计及优化，包括且不限于配电柜、软启、控制柜、分电箱、控制台等。 Electrical related products design and optimize, include but not limited on Switchboard, Soft starter, Control cabinets, distribution cabinets, control console. 4. 产品技术文档的准备及维护。 Product related document prepare and maintain. 5. 与国内外同事定期沟通合作并推进项目的进展。 Collaborate with cross functional colleagues in domestic and oversea, move project forward efficiently. 任职要求： 1. 能使用英语独立沟通、组织会议，及相应的英语读写能力。 Can use English for communication and meeting independently, as well as in writing and reading. 2. 5年及以上的电气或自动化项目设计相关工作经历。 More than 5 years electrical or automation related project design working experience. 3. 熟练使用工作相关的软件, 包括且不限于E-plan, AutoCAD, E-tap, MS-office 等。 Skillful on work related software, include but not limited on E-plan, AutoCAD, E-tap, MS-office etc. 4. 有海事行业及交付项目管理实际工作经验尤佳。 Have maritime industry delivery project working experience preferred. 5. 具备工作相关沟通协调的能力和经历，有团队合作精神。 Good communication and collaboration skills and experience, good team working experience 6. 能适应项目紧急情况下安排的加班和出差要求, 有船厂出差经历尤佳。 Can support project required overtime work and travel requirement when needed, have travel experience in shipyard preferred. 7. 具有自我学习能力, 对新产品新工艺熟悉速度快。 Good self-study capability, can quickly involve into new products and process.
