职位描述
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY 1. Understand customer’s needs, support customer’s request; 理解并支持客户需求 2. Handle customer’s order, track the status of orders; 接收客户订单,处理订单需求,跟踪订单完成情况; 3. Align with other departments to schedule deliveries for customers and coordinate production department to ensure the implementation; 协调其他部门安排交货计划, 并协调生产部门,确保订单顺利执行; 4. Receive complaints(service or product)from customer, enter into system and follow up the customer’s complain, make customer satisfied; 处理客户投诉 (服务或产品),输入系统并跟进客户投诉,提升顾客满意度; 5. Handle related documents like Invoice/Packing list/COA, etc.; 处理相关文件例如发票/装箱单/检测报告等; 6. Record an update related data in CRM System/SAP system; 记录并更新客服/SAP系统中的数据; 7. Arrange shipment for sample and final products, match logistic goal like lead time, cost, quality and safety; follow up sampling status if needed. 安排样品和成品的发运,确保交期;如果需要,跟进样品进度。 8. Develop good relationship and consolidate efficient communication and process with customers; 发展与客户的良好关系并保持与之充分的交流和高效的流程; 9. Assistant to handle project task or assignment by supervisor; 协助处理主管安排的任务和项目业务; 10. Strictly follow all relevant quality & EHS procedures and requirements; 严格遵守质量和EHS相关流程及要求; 11. Take responsibilities in quality management system as defined in responsibility matrix. 履行质量管理体系职责表中规定的职责。 12. Support logistic colleagues to arrange transportation. 协助物流同事合理安排货物运输。 TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE 1.Good understanding of organizational processes, 2.Knowledge on Evonik procedures and company requirements 3.Very good knowledge of MS-office. Other Specifications: 1. Minimum Education level: college or above 2. Major preferred: Business Administration or science 3. experiences with SAP system.
